Thankful Thursdays came from Blessings and Burritos after having an abundance of leftover burritos. We found the Shawnee Mission and found another way to serve the community of Shawnee. We meal prep for 75-100 people, to have it ready to serve at noon on the 1st and last Thursday of the month at the Shawnee Mission.
